BLOOD! PP#14
Today we're making blood because today we're going to be shooting some film! But before we arrive on set, we need to make the blood first. I made a previous post about me collecting the materials to make blood, and while those materials were fine, I was missing something. You may recall that I bought a combination of cornstarch, food coloring, and Nesquik chocolate powder. All the materials I just mentioned were fine, but the corn starch was not the best. I made a small batch with the cornstarch prior, and it just didn't work out how I wanted as it ultimately wouldn't allow the red food coloring to mix well with the water due to the texture. So I went back to the drawing board (YouTube) and proceeded to look up some more ways to make blood.
I saw a video on the internet in which the person used powdered sugar instead of cornstarch, and proceeded to use the same materials I have already collected. So I went to Publix, grabbed some powdered sugar, mixed up a new batch of blood, made the results were... Awesome.
